Talent Acquisition Specialist
Provide timely, customer service driven recruitment support to Hiring Managers. Strive to deliver high quality candidates to the business with a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Be a trusted partner to the business, providing subject matter expertise and guidance.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliverables include:
- Management of the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate lifecycle
- Holding Recruitment Plan meetings with HHiring Managers to understand role specific criteria
- Support Hiring Managers with interviews and development of interview questions as required
- Research, identify, approach and recruit candidates with specific skill sets using a variety of on-line tools such as job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, CV databases and employee referrals
- Screening and shortlisting of suitable candidates
- Creative sourcing for hard to fill, niche roles
- Using social media to attract candidates
- Offer negotiation and counter-offer conversations
- Market research and salary benchmark comparators to guide Hiring Manager decisions
- Partnering with HRBPs to ensure business needs are considered in recruitment decisions
- Communicate the employer brand and value proposition to candidates
- Look into new ways to improve and grow the candidate talent pool
- Proactively strive to provide a diverse candidate shortlist
- Reporting of recruitment statistics for aligned area of the business
- Building a talent pipeline, by keeping a pool of potential candidates βwarmβ and engaged
- Ensure all HR and recruitment processes are followed and associated systems updated and accurate
- Work to agreed KPIβs related to service standards and deliverables. Take responsibility for personal performance metrics and raise any concerns to TA Manager
Skills and Experience:
Required:
- Demonstrable experience of building relationships that have allowed you to work proactively
- Strong stakeholder management experience is essential, as are time and project management skills
- Ability to manage expectations and relationships with hiring managers & candidates
- Experience of full ownership of the end to end recruitment process whilst considering the advice of the other stakeholders
- Exceptional direct sourcing capabilities, demonstrable experience of finding the highest quality talent within your previous role(s)
Desirable:
- Experience in recruiting for a similar or comparative sector
- In house recruitment experience
- ATS knowledge
