Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and work with full-cycle recruitment across multiple development studios and cross-organizational teams within Thunderful Games.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you fill a critical role in supporting the production and publication of awesome games by making sure our teams get great colleagues to help them with their goals and projects.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruitment panels in determining selection criteria and procedures, planning and conducting interviews, writing and promoting job ads, and attending various job fairs and recruitment events.

This is a full-time job based in our office in Skövde, Sweden.

Responsibilities Include:

Coordinate with hiring managers around recruitment activities

Determine selection criteria

Source potential candidates through online channels

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Lead employer branding initiatives

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Requirements:

This position is for anyone who worked in video games production (design, art, programming) but is looking for a career change or someone who previously worked as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar.

You will be working to fill several open positions with a wide variety of selection criteria, job descriptions, etc. To succeed, you will need to be structured and quick to learn new things.

Ultimately, this position is about people. While you don't need to be the life of the party to work in recruitment, you can't be afraid to talk to and connect with people you don't know either.

Lastly, since our candidates come from all over the world, and our teams are spread across Europe, you will need to have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
