Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist executes multiple HR functions to provide a great Team Member experience while ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance.  Responsibilities include:

  • Manage processes and recordkeeping throughout the Team Member lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, role and compensation changes, leaves of absences, workers compensation, performance and talent management, and separation.
  • Coordinate Benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and compliance.
  • Work with HR Director to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, staying up to date with changes and proposing policy and practice adjustments as relevant.
  • Assist HR Director with additional functions including recruiting, training & development, discipline, Team Member relations, compensation, policy development and change management.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and analytical, using strong written and verbal communication skills to build rapport across different personalities and backgrounds.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
  • SHRM and/or HRCI Certification, preferred
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the capacity to quickly learn additional programs
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
